To our pregnant ladies and other patients

 

Re:  Covid-19 Coronavirus

 

Our doctors are triaging patients daily and offering Telehealth Consults via Video or Phone where
possible. However, the nature of our business often requires an examination in order to provide
the level of care deemed necessary.

We will contact you if a Telehealth consult is available to you for the particular matter you have
been referred for.

In order to safe-guard us all, our practice has put in place the following precautions to minimise
the risk of infection for face to face consults:

• Surgical masks are to be worn at all times, if you’re unable to wear a mask please call.

• Maintain social distancing and stand behind the line to create distance from reception 

• Requesting patients not attend if unwell

• Requesting you stay in your car and call before arriving in our waiting room to reduce
  the number of patients in the waiting room

• Unless essential, please do not bring any support person

If you have been out of the Mid North Coast Local area or been visited by someone
outside the area, please let us know

​Our staff will screen all patients with a number of questions.
 

• Please arrive on time for your appointment

• We encourage you to please use the hand sanitiser on entry & exit

• Please refrain from touching your face or mask

• The EFTPOS machine is cleaned regularly and we ask you to clean your hands after use

• Pens – Sanitised using Clinidet

• Regular disinfection of surfaces

We have removed toys, books and cushions to reduce surface infection
